Health and Wellness  

NYCHA in collaboration with WorkWell NYC and other partners will create workplaces that engage and empower employees to live healthy, active lifestyles, and to provide health and well-being services, programs, and resources. We are currently in the process of creating a calendar of activities that employees can participate in. In the meantime, we encourage you to visit the WorkWellNYC webpage for information on the various programs they offer. 

There are virtual yoga, meditation and exercise classes for you to participate in at your own pace. Courses are available Sunday-Friday from morning to evening throughout the month of June. View the calendar and register daily for classes.
