Employee Suggestion Program

NYCHA’s Employee Engagement Department is in the process of developing an employee suggestion program (ESP). The program encourages all employees to offer suggestions that will improve the performance and quality of their work while achieving NYCHA’s organizational and operations strategies. Suggestions that identify specific problems and propose suitable solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through increased productivity, reduced costs, improved and safer working conditions, conservation of resources, and enhanced public services will be considered. We are working on finalizing the details of the submission process, please check back soon.
