NYCHA’s Capital Projects Division (CPD) presented six staff members with its 2021 Employee Recognition Award to honor their exemplary efforts toward meeting the department’s mission. CPD is committed to preserving and modernizing public housing for NYCHA residents by providing professional design and construction services efficiently and with the highest degree of safety and quality.

The CPD employees who were recognized for their work over the past year include Jordan Bonomo, Program Manager, Energy; Ovidiu Dascalu, Field Inspector, Construction Safety & Quality; Pathik Mehta, Project Manager, Team 1; Aden Munassar, Senior Advisor to the Executive Vice President of Capital Projects; Mariam Youssef, Director of Capital Planning; and Siobhan Watson, Deputy Director of Sustainability.

“The Capital Projects Division Award is a testament to the contributions of our employees,” said Steve Lovci, Executive Vice President of Capital Projects. “To paraphrase Helen Keller, they strengthen our soul, inspire our ambitions, and then go on to achieve success. I am humbled by the dedication, hard work, and passion of everyone in the Capital Projects Division.”
