Providing Excellent Service to Residents

In this installment, meet Anneliee Almonte, an Administrative Community Relations Specialist who coordinates dust wipe sampling as part of NYCHA’s work to address lead at our developments:

“I engage with NYCHA residents by phone and in person to explain why we continuously return to their apartment to perform a dust wipe. This gives residents a better understanding of the purpose and the process, which helps us gain access to do this important work. I believe I’m making a difference by providing residents with clear information – residents appreciate how I explain the steps my technicians and I are taking to ensure they are living in a lead-safe home.
