Residents can call the Customer Contact Center (CCC) at 718-707-7771, push a few buttons, and automatically get help for a whole list of problems: toilet stoppages, plumbing leaks, malfunctioning refrigerators, pest infestations, broken lights, broken locks, electrical issues, and heat and hot water issues.
