WorkWell Pop-Up Wellness Event
On June 18, NYCHA WorkWell Ambassadors Chanda Coble, Paula Flynn, and Sharon Kistoo hosted a health and wellness pop-up in the Ceremonial Room at 90 Church Street.
The midday event featured hydration stations, games and puzzles, workout demonstrations, raffle prizes, and providers who offer health and wellness benefits to employees. The organizations tabling at the event were WorkWell NYC, NYC Employee Assistance Program, NYCHA’s Smoke-Free Department, EmblemHealth, DC 37, CWA 1180, Cancer Care, and MetroPlusHealth. There was also a relaxation room featuring massage chairs and a quiet space to unwind.
Ms. Coble, Ms. Flynn, and Ms. Kistoo have proudly served as WorkWell Ambassadors for six years. They believe that a healthy workforce is a productive one—and that passion is what inspires their deep commitment to the WorkWell Ambassador program.
