NYCHA’S Website Makeover
In case you haven’t noticed, NYCHA’s website has a new look. Launched on May 1, the website was redesigned with the needs of residents, employees, and other stakeholders in mind. In addition to photos that provide helpful information, the site has a host of new features that make it more user-friendly, and it is accessible on all mobile devices. The navigation is simple and the most important content is available in as few clicks of the mouse as possible.
Both the Department of Communications and IT worked closely with the City’s IT staff on the website launch.
