Dinner Is Served
Residents who were without cooking gas due to building repairs weren’t without a tasty meal this Thanksgiving, thanks to 41 NYCHA staff who generously donated their time. They provided a complete Thanksgiving feast to nearly 400 households at eight developments. Food was donated by Whole Foods and Hillsong Church NYC; volunteers distributed meals from the Manhattanville Community Center in Harlem.
